Some of my friends gathering in the room at the YMCA before going to dinner. Next pic is the Sports academy that we had training in each day. Then a pic of the girls, we were all out at Lloyds a cute little nightclub in Watford- from the left Emily (USA-hairdresser), Amy (UK-Hairdresser), Maura (Irish-fitness) and Sinead (Irish-fitness). The last pic is of the Pilates/Yoga studio during training.
